I am a sports fanatic, I especially love college football. The University of Tennessee is my favorite team. My sons are into travel hockey. Being from the south, all I knew about hockey was that it was played on ice, and ice goes well with tea. :-)

    I think I might speak for the majority of the community in that I think realpatrol is an invaluable tool. So invaluable in fact that I think that our technology team, as well as many others should write their own scrapping program and pick up all of realpatrols content.     Lou... loved your article. I think if the dollar flattens out and/or gains value, we will see commodity prices fall. My other observation is that when the obvious was about to take place - the drop in real estate prices- most people acted like it was the crazy aunt in the basement and ignored it. After it happened people all of the sudden become doomsday theorists. I believe we will see bottom sooner than most. I think Shiller is off his rocker with his continued forecasted declines. This was the same genious who thought we would only see MAYBE a 5 % decline nationally, and he thought that was a worst case scenario. Duane LeGate President, HBN Interactive
