My engineering & project management background is well-suited to real estate. Afterall, what is a real estate transaction but project management? I help people buy & sell homes through a multi-step process including: an assessment of needs, providing an in-depth CMA, selling homes with a unique marketing plan, communicating regularly with market updates, winning with creative, effective negotiations, executing the contract, completing the escrow, & coordinating inspections & repairs.
