Right or wrong, not everyone takes such an analytical approach Steve. There are emotions involved, particularly for 1st time buyers.     Gotta admit I'm with the two commentors above. I don't get the point of this article. It practically reads like a paid advertisement.... Well, not practically, more like EXACTLY. It's well written and researched, but I read Inman for news and ideas, not 1700 word "look how wonderful we are" testimonials.
