    This is a bad idea in so many ways it's not even funny. - Each home needs to priced correctly based on current market conditions - How many will raise the price to be able to participate - CB doesn't own the properties so they can't have sales like builders - Negative press will say Realtors are forcing prices lower and they only care about earning the commission, not getting the best terms for the seller they are representing and I can go on...
