Many Realtors will tell you that the loan shoved under the unsuspecting nose of the buyer turned out to be bad and they =many of them could have gotten a decent good loan. The lender made a few bucks extra by sticking it to the buyer. I absolutely know that is true and its too big for all Americans to get the lawsuit they deserve. It happened to me,also a B ofA lender and if it can happen to people who didn't suspect but trusted someone..the wrong someone. Now we are sorry. I called the lender and told him how I felt about the neg am that I didn't know I had. He said "I told you." This guy wondered why I will never refer him again. Well, he doesn't tell the truth. That is what we want and I think Paulson should get a break. I heard he is a very very honest guy.If we tie their hands then how do they even do anything but freeze...Real Estate is frozen now. No loans out there in our Palos Verdes area for jumbo stated. Confidence....no loans, no sales, and it is affecting buying for sure.
