    My parent company (Ocean Atlantic Agency) recently started another division called Delaware Renewable Energy. http://www.delawarerenewableenergy.com/ We are now pushing solar, wind and geo thermal on many of our new construction communities as well as retrofitting existing homes.

    Your market sounds very similar to ours. I see 20 - 50 new listings every day but only 5 - 10 listings selling. Two years ago we had 2000 homes on the market now we have over 5270!
