Let me introduce myself. My name is Pat Holkesvig and I am the CEO of Your Home Team at Partners Real Estate. Your Home Team specializes in high-end residential real estate sales in North Stockton.

My goal as your listing agent is to help you sell your home for the highest price, in the shortest period of time, with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

I earned a BA in Business Finance and received my sales and marketing training at IBM, Transamerica, ITT and Dun & Bradstreet. I bring a commitment to my clients, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every transaction. I utilize the latest innovations in technology to maximize my effectiveness.

I relocated from the Bay Area to Stockton in May, 2003. I chose Stockton after an exhaustive search of Central Valley and East Bay locations.

Becoming an Agent
