In investigating loan modification options for my clients, I have contacted several of the lenders listed on HUD's site regarding the Hope for Homeowners program. I have been told, so far, that no funding is available for these loans. Is that true?

facing foclosure on a 30 year fha fixed mortgage through wells fargo. wanting to allow son to assume mortgage. we owe 90,ooo.oo and are several months behind on mortgage payments do to job loss. house we believe is worth 20,ooo.oo more than owed but will sell for current amount owed to our son, and payments re-adjusted about 200.00 less than our current payment of 850.00.

I've just begun using videos and can't figure out how to get decent quality video and sound. I use a mini DV camcorder, because the CNET forums concurred they were best for undergoing compression (I don't know what compression is as it relates to video). The software is Pinnacle Studio 12. The only one I've uploaded to Vimeo makes me look like Gumby, kind of elongated, and some of the video itself looks like cable news when the weather gets bad.

Mother & daughter situation, right to survivorship. mother wants out, thinks she is entitled to half of the house $170,000, however the mortgage of $340,000 is to the max on the house, and the value of house is less than the mortgage giving no equity. Is she entitled to $170,000.
How does one buy someone out, is it the equity or the mortgage???
